These hats are made with a premium blend of fine Bolivian cashmere and wool resulting in a soft to the touch, traditional, and beautiful lightweight warm hat. Please note, due to the nature of the wool dying process, some flecking or marks are normal and may be present in the wool.

Owner and Creator

Hey there! I'm Lindsay. You can call me Linds if you'd like; that's what those that know me call me. I was born and raised in the midwest, but grew up out west. I've had opportunities to travel to many parts of this amazing country. I cherish each journey for the experiences and views I've been lucky enough to take in. Now, my husband and I are raising our kids in the high desert of Nevada. We appreciate the scenic mountains, heat of the desert valley, chilly winters, and beautiful life we have created. I enjoy being crafty. My favorite way to be crafty is to customize items for others so they are proud of what they have, express their individual selves, and love how they feel with it!

The hats you'll see here are one-of-a-kind high-quality headwear. Most hats have a comfortable elastic or cotton twill sweatband so they fit really well. The size and material for each hat are specified within the hat listing.

Every hat is made with experience, honor, pride, and love. These qualities are all apparent the instant you see and feel your hat. I design and burn each one by hand myself.

FAQ's

SHIPPING

I ship Monday - Saturday.  Once your hat is ready, I'll carefully package it and ship it. I get excited when I order things and I want them right away. I assume you're the same way.  If you order a burned hat, there maybe a slight odor to your hat due to the burn that may be noticeable upon arrival. The odor will air out and go away.

HOW DO I FIGURE OUT MY HAT SIZE?

Hat size is based on the circumference of your head. In order to determine your proper hat size, you must take a measurement of your head. Using a cloth or fabric tape measure, measure your head where your hat will rest; typically that's about one-half inch above your eyebrows, just above your ears, and midway on the back of your head. Be certain that the tape measure is straight, not twisted. Use the chart below to convert your measurement into your hat size. Hats marked "O/S" or One Size have an adjustable band in them.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

E. L. & Co. has a 7 day return policy. 

To be eligible for a return:

1. Return requests must be received by E. L. & Co. via email within 7 days of the day you receive your item.

2. The item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it. (unworn / unused, tags attached, in original packaging)

3. Receipt / proof of purchase.

To start a return:

Email ELandCoHats@gmail.com with your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with any pertinent instructions.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

To ensure you get what you want, request a return for the item you have. After the return has been accepted, purchase the item you'd like in exchange.

Refunds

When your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take your bank or credit card company several days to process and post your refund.
